About Zia Health and Wellness Medical Cannabis Program

In July 2007 the Lynn and Erin Compassionate Use Act was signed into law by Governor Bill Richardson. This made New Mexico the 12th state to legalize medical cannabis.

Entry into the Medical Cannabis Program as a patient requires the presence of one or more of 22+ eligible conditions, and the approval of a licensed medical practitioner.

Zia Health & Wellness was founded in 2009 with the goal of ensuring patient wellness. We are passionate about helping individuals with debilitating conditions who would like to try a natural alternative.
